Diverse Projects
Flatiron is best known for the planning and execution of technically challenging bridge projects, but this is not the only type of work we successfully pursue. Our operating companies are directly involved in all of the aspects of heavy and highway construction, as well as other transportation-related projects, including light rail and design-build toll roads.
We have experience in marine and land based operations, and proven abilities in earthwork and concrete paving, underground work, deep foundations, tunnels, and bridge superstructures in both steel and concrete. Our varied project experience includes transportation projects for both state and local governments, as well as power plants and utility work.
