Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access, use, browsing or other contact or communication involving the Flatiron Construction Corp., family of Internet Web sites located through flatironcon.wpengine.com (the “Websites”). All of such activities involving the Websites is subject to these Terms of Use and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use if you engage in any of such activities. If you do not agree to, or do not wish to abide by, these Terms of Use, you should not use or contact the Websites. These Terms of Use also apply to those portions of the Websites that are accessible only through prior authorization, including portions used or accessible to employees through the Flatiron Construction Corp., Intranet system.

Flatiron Construction Corp. reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use in our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Websites after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Such content may not be downloaded, reproduced or otherwise transmitted or used without express written permission from Flatiron Construction Corp.

Flatiron Construction Corp. is a trademark of Flatiron Construction Corp. Other marks indicated on our site are trademarks of Flatiron Construction Corp. All Flatiron Construction Corp. graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Flatiron Construction Corp. Flatiron Construction’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Flatiron Construction’s, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Flatiron Construction Corp. Your Conduct on the Websites

By accessing the Websites, you agree to adhere to each of the following restrictions on use and conduct. You agree to not use the Websites to:
