Nick Polce promoted to Vice President and Deputy Division Manager of Central Division

Flatiron is pleased to announce that Nick Polce has been promoted to VP and Deputy Division Manager of our Central Division.

As Vice President, and Deputy Division Manager, Polce will be responsible for operational performance and leadership oversight for key projects including DIA and Harbor Bridge. He will oversee the Estimating and PreConstruction Services teams for CO & TX, and provide mentorship to prepare for future growth opportunities.

Polce brings expertise in Estimating and PreConstruction and a strong Operations background. He held Project Management positions for approximately 10 years earlier in his career. 

Polce holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and an MBA from University of Colorado Denver.
