Women in Leadership: Paving The Road to Success

“Women don’t need to be made strong, we are already strong.”

Those words from Flatiron’s General Counsel Karla Pascarella set the tone for “Women in Leadership: Paving the Road to Success,” a webinar featuring a panel of trailblazing women in engineering and construction management. The panelists included two CEOs, a leading construction attorney and a manager at Southern California’s premier passenger rail system Metrolink.

The thought-provoking event got to the heart of how these accomplished leaders found success, despite challenges placed along their paths to greatness. The webinar was hosted by Flatiron’s Diversity & Inclusion Growth Group (DIGG), in honor of Women’s History Month.
