Flatiron Displays Prowess With Collaborative Delivery Methods at Key Event

“That contract’s been in the drawer the whole time.”

That’s Upper Trinity Regional Water District Project Engineer Ed Motley discussing how the progressive design-build delivery method has made life easier for him on the Lake Ralph Hall Project in Texas.

As Project Manager Josh Pfinst said, “While the preconstruction phase of work for collaborative delivery methods might be more intensive, it pays off once work begins.”

In April, at DBIA Transportation/Aviation, Flatiron was honored to speak about the project alongside our client Upper Trinity and our lead designer, Huitt-Zollars. Here are some highlights.
