What role do you play in fostering inclusion? 

June is Pride Month and here at Flatiron we are committed to building a safe and inclusive work environment. 

Pride Month is a wonderful time to celebrate but also reflect. Allyship means advocating and actively working for the inclusion of others so that everyone feels valued and respected. Every person has their own journey and allyship is one way to show support for those around you. We are all key enablers of inclusive workplaces.
