A Sweet Twist: Students Learn Construction with a Side of Dessert

More than 1,700 Colorado students attend educational event 

When you think about dessert, you probably don’t think about…concrete. 

But our team found a creative (not to mention delicious) way to teach students about paving at Transportation & Construction GIRL, an event we have proudly co-sponsored for years. The annual Colorado gathering teaches young women about opportunities in the transportation and construction fields.
