In this expansive joint venture project, Flatiron takes the leading role in continuing the NC-540 outer loop around North Carolina’s capital city. This two-part project, a continuation of NCDOT’s first toll road, is designed be aesthetically pleasing and will feature all-brick noise walls and brick-faced retaining walls.
