Rachel Mockler

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Rachel brings to this role deep industry and operational knowledge as well as superior legal expertise. She joined Flatiron as Legal Counsel in Canada in 2014, bringing 15 years of diverse experience to the company.

Previous roles for Rachel have included representing an energy company in Vancouver and High Speed 1 Railway in the United Kingdom. In 2017, the Canadian Bar Association honored Rachel for serving as a role model for women in law and for mentoring fellow lawyers to help them achieve career success. In 2022, she was a finalist for the Western Canada General Counsel of the Year award.

Rachel earned an LLB, Law Degree and German Law Degree from the University of Liverpool. She also studied German Law at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in Münster, Germany.
