Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Todd leads overall planning and management of Flatiron’s financial matters. His oversight of complex project accounting and disciplined financial forecasting has strengthened the financial position of Flatiron.

Todd has more than 22 years of experience with Flatiron in both field operations and corporate roles. Prior to becoming CFO, he led the Audit, Financial Operations and Treasury departments for Flatiron. He also provided leadership for the implementation of economic information and planning systems at Flatiron. His implementation of leading-edge management and financial systems has contributed to the company’s improved performance.

A native of Colorado, with family roots in the construction industry, Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona. He also received a Master of Business Administration degree from Regis University.
